 PAPRIKA GROUND - 1 oz                       7.00

 SMOKED PAPRIKA, GROUND - 1 oz     7.00

 ESPELETTE PEPPER, GROUND - 1 oz    7.00

SMOKED ESPELETTE PEPPER, GROUND - 1/2 oz    6.00

Last year I grew a sweet piquillo pepper for the mild paprika, which is

available either smoked or not.  Paprika is essential in making goulash and

sausages.  I use it in my tortilla soup here at the Farmer and the Cook...it

adds rich flavor and color without the heat .

The espelette pepper originates in the Basque Country it has become my

favorite because you can taste the flavor through the heat.  I use espelette

in place of cayenne and it is great on top of paella or jambalaya. I add ground espelette pepper to kale and collards.
